Description:
Our client, a highly regarded supplier of innovative storage solutions is currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist in the Shepparton office. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills to support both internal and external customers.
The main functions of this role include:
- Provide support to the sales team. Duties include sales reporting, quote preparation and invoicing
- Greet Customers in the showroom and by inbound phone and e-mail enquiries.
- Filing and General Administrative tasks for General Manager and Sales Manager
- Follow up of outbound quotes as directed by Sales team
- Overseeing the show room ensuring the presentation is perfect, pricing is on all pieces and showing customers through the products
- Support the marketing team as required
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software would be advantageous, not mandatory
- Well organised and strong administrative skills
